Step 1: Materials
Gather the ingredients needed for this recipe:
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 1/2 cups Blueberries
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 Egg
• 2 cups Flour
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
• 3/4 cup White Sugar
Note
• Fresh blueberries are preferred, but if you only have frozen berries that works too!
• Preheat the oven to 400° and line a muffin tin with liners.

Step 2: Mix
• In a large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup white sugar, 2 tsps baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.

Step 3: Measuring Cup
• Grab a measuring cup and add 1/3 cup veggie oil, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of milk.
• If the mixture doesn't reach the "1 cup" line, add more milk until it does.

Step 4: Combine
• Add the measuring cup mixture to the flour bowl and stir to combine.
• Fold in your 1 1/2 cups blueberries.
• Spoon big dollops of the mix to each muffin liner. Fill cups to the top.

Step 5: Crumble
• In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
• Then, take 1/4 cup of butter and cut it into tiny cubes.
• Stir this together and then sprinkle this mixture over the top of the muffins.
• Once the tops are covered, pop your muffins into the oven that's preheated to 400°.
• Bake for about 23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6: Cool & Serve!
• Allow the muffins some time to cool down before removing from the tin.
• Then, bring one over to Mom so she can start her Mother's Day with a baked homemade delight!
